A planner that does the planning

Most planners wait for you.
The Mother gets to work.

You tell her what needs to happen, which day, and how long it takes. She builds the day for you.

Free to use. No card. Saves to your phone and works just like an app.

Why she's different

You tell her what.
She figures out when.

Every other planner hands you a blank grid and waits. You still have to do the hardest part yourself — folding the client call around the math lesson around the doctor's appointment, all of it in your own already-full head. That is not help. That is just a prettier version of the work you were already doing.

The Mother works the other way. You give her the pieces — what you need to accomplish, which days it falls on, how long each thing takes, and how much it matters. Then she builds the day for you.

The arranging, the part you dread, is hers now. And nothing is ever set in stone — she drafts your day, then it is yours to shape. Drag it, drop it, add to it, rework it until it feels right.

"She proposes. You decide."

The personal assistant you always wished you had — the one who does the heavy lifting, then hands you the pen.

What else she does

And she keeps the rest from slipping.

Hours that count.

If your work is billable, The Mother quietly tracks where your time went and turns it into an invoice when it's time to get paid. The mental math of freelance life, handled in the background.

Founder · mother of four
A note from the founder

I built The Mother because I needed her.

I am a mother of four. I homeschool, I run a studio, and I take on contract work — often in the same afternoon. For years I kept all of it in my head and called that organization. It was not organization. It was just weight.

I wanted something that understood a woman's day is not one thing — that the mothering and the working and the praying and the resting all belong on the same schedule, and all of it counts. Something that did the arranging for me, so I could spend my energy on the living. So I made her.

I hope she gives back to you what she gave to me: the quiet of finally setting everything down somewhere.

With grace,
Christina
